In case you are wondering why I didn't "relinquish my position" when the completely uncognizable charges were presented to me I will explain it to you. The people who are trying to interpret our constitution clearly draw their legal expertise from "Judge Judy". The requirement for standing down the chair would only have been in effect if the charges were cognizable which they were not. This does not require a vote by membership but requires the charges to be in acceptable legal form. Also what it means to stand down the chair would refer simply to the current meeeting. Sorry to dissapoint you.
