Hey Jack, how did you get a copy of that lawsuit that our lawyers filed against Vince, Richard, and what's her name? Usually only copies of the suit go to the defendants. I'm guessing that Vince did not give you a copy. So that leaves Richard and his girlfreind, who according to those documents you posted are the ones who stand to make a profit on the deal. It is my understanding that Vince is the one who blew the wistle on this and his brother (a convicted felon) is trying get back at him for ruining the deal. So that beggs the question: Why should we trust Richard and those who use the information he leaks to make Vince look bad? And why do you belive all of this? What are your motovations, are you folks realy that altuistic? I know lets let a criminal who is not a member of our local influance how we run things because he has a vendetta against his brother. Lets stop being destructive, if you have a problem with the way the union is run they have a way of changing things, it is called an election.
