Come to the special meeting on 12/09/04 at 322 West 48th Street between 6-8 PM. It's all about the new insurance policies. Yes, it is in a rental space. You'd think with all this lawsuit stuff, the lien on the building plus the Notice of Pendency (preventing us from renting or selling it), we could at least fit some chairs in the empty floor of 798's building. The atmosphere couldn't be that much worse and there might even be a clean bathroom in the office we could use. I heard each floor of the 798 building is 2000sq feet. The room at 322 West 48th Street is maybe 200 sq feet tops! I'd hope a lot more people are concerned with their healthcare coverage than can fit in that room. Remember all of us standing in the hallway at the last general meeting.
