Madame President. Thanks for the lovely address once again, in your arrogant way. My I start by saying, if Vincent Callaghan, and the Exertive board did not get us into this mess, there would be no diccussion.Vincent for this sweetheart deal,and the exitive board,for neglect of fudicuary obligation.We who are concerned do not have the legal door open to us,nor the money to do so,none of the Rank,and File have legal protection against what Vincent did and, what the executive board allowed him to do.. We only have our constition which only comes in to play when it suites your needs.So we are learning as we go along,but don’t tell me that we do not have a leg to stand on,it is you who’s legs are weak. Stop telling us we have no concept of how a union is run I and im sure many others would love to discuss this with you.Morally,you should ask Vincent about that,giving two thirds of our building to your Brother,and his girlfriend for below market price should come under that.Madame President you are right about one thing our building is not our greatest asset the rank ,and file are,but the building is up there. Think about it this way a building in Chelsea with air rights for eleven stories,any Builder in N.Y. would love to have this property with the going rate of a small two bedroom apartment going for uwards of a Milliom dollars What has been done with this building for the past seven years nothiong for us,but for the Callaghans it sure has.
