I as many others were in the apprenticeship program at NBC. When wanting to reinstate it at the last negotation I was told by Vincent that was not a good Idea. WHY ? Never got an answer. NBC has put out many a wonderful Makeup Artists bec. of this program I personally am sorry that it is no longer .
