As I understand it, Vincent's lawyers were hired through the Spivack firm. His lawyers' office is even located in the same building as Spivack. It is almost like hiring your own lawyer to sue yourself. The existing E Board members are supporters of Vincent. They are also the people representing us and 798 Realty Corp. in a lawsuit against Vincent, Richard, Richard's girlfriend and their companies. Obviously, a soft landing is in the near future for Vincent. At least that seems to be what Vincent hints at in his newletter postings. This type of corruption and patriarchal dominance gives our Local a bad name and cripples the membership. This is on of many reasons why we must vote him out of office and remove the existing members of the E Board. After experiencing Ms. Burke's volatile attitude towards the attendees at last night's Insurance Meeting, I am truely disheartened. The policy she helped vote in could wreak havoc to anyone in serious need of medical attention and are unable to work because of it. Thank you Sharon for showing us your true side. You are indeed power hungry and need as many titles as possible under your belt to feel adequate.
